Service Delivery/Service Manager | Hybrid

We are strengthening our team with a Service Manager profile, non-technical and oriented towards management and operations, to help a client of ours manage their Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational follow-up of the client’s Information Systems, guaranteeing service continuity and quality;
• Monitor compliance with the agreed service levels (SLAs);
• Manage and coordinate the teams involved in service operations;
• Manage suppliers, monitoring their deliveries and performance;
• Follow up on incidents, requests and escalations, ensuring their resolution within the defined deadlines;
• Communicate results and service indicators to the client and other stakeholders;
• Prepare periodic reports on the operation;
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the services provided.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of IT and IT Service Management (ITSM), namely incident management;
• Knowledge of Power BI is valued.

Desired Profile

• Service Manager profile, non-technical, oriented towards management and operations;
• Mandatory availability to be on-site at the client, in Cascais, 2 to 3 times per week;
• Experience in the telecommunications sector is valued.
