We are looking for a motivated and proactive professional to join our European Service Desk team, providing operational support and monitoring services in a mission-critical environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical foundations, excellent teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies through on-the-job training.

Working Model

Shift Availability (Mandatory)

The role requires participation in a rotating shift schedule:

• Morning Shift: 06:30 AM – 02:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM

The schedule includes a 1.5-hour overlap to ensure proper handover between shifts and continuity of service.

Smart Working only 8 days for month.

Technical Requirements

Incident Management (Preferred)

• Understanding of Incident Management processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Experience working with ticketing and incident tracking tools.
• Ability to prioritize and manage operational incidents.

Monitoring & Operations (Preferred)

• Experience monitoring alerts and events through operational dashboards.
• Ability to identify, escalate, and follow up on operational issues.

Linux Administration (Preferred)

• Basic Linux system administration skills.
• Familiarity with command-line operations, system checks, and troubleshooting activities.

Mainframe (z/OS)

• Basic understanding of IBM Mainframe environments.
• Familiarity with 3270 terminal navigation and job monitoring activities.

Database & Log Analysis

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
• Experience consulting and analyzing logs using ELK or similar platforms.

Automation Tools

• Exposure to automation technologies such as Ansible.
• Ability to execute predefined playbooks and operational procedures.
