As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues across Europe, helping them resolve IT issues and get back to what they do best. You'll join a collaborative IT team where your ideas are valued, your development is encouraged, and every day brings new challenges to solve.

How You'll Help Us Grow

• Provide first-line IT support for incidents and service requests to users across Europe.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and service requests through multiple support channels.
• Resolve issues at first contact whenever possible.
• Escalate more complex problems to specialist teams with clear and accurate information.
• Maintain high-quality ticket documentation and follow service management processes.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience for every interaction.
• Work closely with colleagues across local and regional IT teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, IT Support, or customer-facing technical support environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Desirable To Have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Endpoint support experience.
