What We're Looking For

The Service Manager oversees end-to-end service operations across multiple countries, ensuring SLA compliance, service quality, and reliability. Manages incidents and escalations, coordinates with stakeholders, and drives performance through reporting, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Supports service implementation, client onboarding, and training, while contributing to pre-sales activities and cross-functional processes including invoicing and contract management.


What You'll Be Doing

1. Service Operations & Performance

  • Oversee service delivery, monitor SLA performance, and take ownership of service quality and reliability across all countries during the Run phase.
  • Triage and manage L1 tickets, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to L2 teams.
  • Handles queries related to the FreeMove solution and act as central point of escalation for any service issues and the timely resolution of any major issues, if necessary
  • Coordinate reporting on services jointly defined with the customer and prepare consolidated operational reports
  • Conduct Quarterly Service Reviews at a central level and support additional local service reviews in each country as needed.
  • Interact with Local Service Managers to ensure continuous delivery of services at the highest standard and facilitate customer interactions.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, knowledge base, and service procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate with Finance teams to support invoicing processes related to delivered services.

2. Pre-Sales & Business Support

  • Support pre-sales activities by preparing presentations, service descriptions, and supporting documentation on the FreeMove solution.
  • Deliver basic service demonstrations and walkthroughs when required.
  • Provide service-related information to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist in translating client requirements into service proposals in collaboration with technical teams.

3. Implementation Support

  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to plan, monitor, and support service implementation activities.
  • Track implementation progress and ensure alignment with agreed timelines.
  • Update implementation and service documentation and ensure proper handover to operations.
  • Coordinate and organize training sessions for end users based on their needs.

4. Executive & Event Support

  • Assist in organizing the CEO’s agenda, meetings, and internal/external engagements.
  • Coordinate webinars, training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events.
  • Support internal and client-facing events, including logistics, presentations, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Facilitate legal and contract approval processes, tracking reviews, approvals, and signatures.


What You Need to Know/Have

  • Experience in Service Management, IT Service Delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Good understanding of SLA management, incident management, service reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, ideally in an international/multi-country environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable preparing presentations, reports, and service documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, commercial, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level) .
