In this role, you'll be responsible for: Providing comprehensive plumbing inspections for customers. Offer upgrade options based on plumbing inspections findings. Repairing or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc. Locating and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems Cutting , assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring) Installing and maintaining water supply systems Installing waste disposal and sanitary systems Installing and servicing water treatment systems and water heaters. Skills and Requirements: Residential Service Plumbing experience Service Titan experience a plus Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings Working knowledge of appliances Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly with a great deal of patience Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces Ability to work on-call as needed: On-call hours: M-F 4:00pm-9:00pm Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-9:00pm $200 for being on call plus OT.
