Cetera is seeking a Service Professional to join our Resource Center team in Dallas, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional operational support and world-class service to financial professionals and their clients while building meaningful, long-term relationships.
This is a hybrid position. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our Dallas, TX office.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, their teams, and clients to foster long-term engagement and trust.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advisor clients, providing end-to-end support and ownership through successful resolution.
- Respond to questions related to brokerage operations, advisory accounts, and direct business, including new account setup, transactions, and ongoing servicing needs.
- Deliver exceptional advisor support by leveraging technology and tools to enhance productivity and drive success.
- Accurately document, track, and manage service requests within the CRM system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for clients and advisors, and provide peer training as needed.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Banking/Financial experience
• Call Center experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organizational and follow-up skills
Minimum Required Education & Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $23.10- $27.90 an hour, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
