We’re looking for a CTS Service Sales Engineer to promote our aftermarket service solutions to new and existing customers. This is a fully remote, field-based role where you’ll manage your own territory, build strong relationships, and drive sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategically plan and prioritize service sales operations to meet and exceed business objectives.
Work collaboratively with our service aftermarket team to ensure an outstanding after-sales experience, fostering customer loyalty.
Conduct market analysis to provide insightful feedback regarding pricing strategies, competitive landscape, and regional trends.
Develop and present comprehensive service product proposals, applying the company’s pricing strategies and utilizing quoting tools effectively.
Monitor and document service sales activities, ensuring the CRM system reflects accurate data regarding customer interactions and quotations.
Engage with cross-functional teams to align activities that enhance customer relationships and drive business success.

Sales experience (essential)
Technical background or industry experience is welcome, but not essential, we’ll support your learning
Knowledge of compressed air or industrial services is a plus
Full Irish Driving Licence
Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using IT systems and keen to learn
