Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician based in Adana with some remote work flexibility. The Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide field service support. The role involves interacting with customers to ensure their needs are met and addressing any service-related inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair to ensure equipment functionality and longevity
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues with machinery and equipment
• Experience in providing Field Service and working on-site to resolve technical problems
• Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and address client needs
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Technical certification or diploma in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in industrial equipment or mechanical engineering work is advantageous
