Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. As a strategic technical leader, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead technical workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders. Develop and maintain architectural standards, roadmaps, and documentation. Provide guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending adoption where appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2+ years in an architect role. Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow modules and custom applications. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and APIs. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Skills Required: Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes. Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript). Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with the Field Service Management (FSM) module is a nice-to-have.
