We’re partnering with a leading organisation looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a high-profile Federal Government transformation program.
This is a hands-on consulting role working across ServiceNow and broader platform capabilities, with a strong focus on technical delivery, solution design and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs
- Deliver across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD and broader ServiceNow modules
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting
What We’re Looking For
- Current Baseline or NV1 Clearance is required
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and consulting experience
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
- Strong JavaScript, solution design and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certifications CSA, CAD, CIS-DF, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD
- Experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or HRSD
- ITIL / Enterprise Service Management knowledge
- Experience mentoring or leading technical workstreams
