ServiceNow Consultants - Brussel/Antwerpen

Our client is looking for experienced ServiceNow consultants to contribute to a series of upcoming platform initiatives. The assignment focuses on building scalable solutions, supporting the evolution of the platform, and working across the full delivery lifecycle in a collaborative consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on ITSM and CSM.
• Work end-to-end on assignments from analysis and design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain applications, flows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
• Support platform governance, maintenance, optimization, and adoption of best practices.
• Contribute to new feature rollouts and improvements across existing modules.
• Help drive innovation with AI-enabled and GenAI-related capabilities within the platform.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with governance standards.
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, especially ITSM and CSM modules.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, both client-side and server-side.
• Experience with Flow Designer and API-based development.
• Proven background in integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Understanding of ACLs, platform security, and CMDB structures.
• Exposure to AI-driven ServiceNow features such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and automation is a plus.
  
  
  

Profile

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or consultant.
• Analytical, communicative, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable advising on platform best practices and supporting ongoing improvements.
• CSA and CAD certifications are required.
• Additional certifications such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, or CTA are considered a plus.

• Full-time consulting assignment.
• Hybrid work model with a combination of office and remote work.
• Work location: Brussels or Antwerp.
• Languages: Dutch and English required; French is a plus. French-speaking candidates with very strong English can also be considered if they are willing to work in a predominantly Dutch-speaking team.
• This is a long-term consulting opportunity.
