Experience: 2 to 5 Years Early Joiners Preferred **Key Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and core scripting capabilities (2-5 years experience required) Design and implement ITSM module solutions including Service Catalog, CMDB, and workflow configurations Build system integrations using REST and SOAP protocols Configure access controls, data policies, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows Manage application deployment through Update Sets and Git version control Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Maintain high-quality code standards and attention to detail throughout development lifecycle **Preferred Experience:** ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CIS ITSM) Advanced features including Service Portal, UI Builder, and Performance Analytics Agile/Scrum methodologies Please Note: Fraudulent job postings/job scams are increasingly common.
