ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer for a key client in Warsaw, Poland.

Requirements:

• Excellent practical hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform
• Excellent practical hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow platform (ITSM and others)
• Practical hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions
• Excellent practical hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis and project management
• Excellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio
• Excellent practical knowledge of Service Management
• Experience in creating SOPs and other technical documentation
• Knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.)
• Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
• Knowledge of IT security standards

Education:

• Minimum level of education: bachelor’s degree or 3 years of higher education.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of IT relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience at similar position.

Required certificates:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificate or equivalent;
• and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate or equivalent.

Language:

• English (B2-level).

Location: Warsaw, Poland (20% on-site and 80% remote).
