ITSM & Integration ServiceNow Developer
Duration: 6 months initial contract (long term project with likely extensions)
Start Date ASAP.
Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid working 2/3 days per week onsite).
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a client engagement on a 6-month B2B freelance contract, focused on ITSM (IT Service Management) capabilities and platform integrations. The consultant will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM modules and building integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet business requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party/enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across ITSM processes and integration points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of developed solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong background in ITSM module development and configuration.
- Demonstrated experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
- Ability to work independently as a freelance/B2B contractor.
