📍Seat #1: SENIOR SERVICENOW DEVELOPER – NOW ASSIST

• With minimum (5) five years of experience in ServiceNow.

• At least 1-2 years experience in Now Assist

• Certifications Preferred – At least 2 certification

CSA – Certified System Administrator

CAD – Certified Application Developer

CIS certifications Data Foundation - CMDB, CSDM

Micro-certifications in AI / GenAI capabilities

📍Seat #2: SERVICENOW DEVELOPER – CRM & CSM

• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform development experience with expertise in CRM/CSM workflows, intelligent workflow automation, enterprise integrations, CMDB/CSDM implementations, and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.

• Expertise in: JavaScript Glide APIs Flow Designer Script Includes Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies IntegrationHub

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and related modules such as: CSM ITSM Service Catalog HRSD ITOM Custom Applications

• Experience implementing: Case Management workflows Customer lifecycle workflows Omnichannel support experiences Customer self-service solutions

• Predictive Intelligence Working knowledge of: CMDB architecture CSDM framework CI relationships Service Mapping concepts Familiarity with A2A and MCP-based AI integration approaches is an advantage.

• Understanding of scoped applications, update sets, CI/CD

📍Seat #3: SENIOR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT HRSD / GBS SERVICE NOW

• Eight or more years of relevant HR technology, shared-services technology, or enterprise application experience.

• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.

• Three or more years of direct ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.

• Experience delivering at least two substantial end-to-end HRSD implementations.

• Experience in large, regulated, multinational, government, financial services, healthcare, energy, utilities, telecommunications, or similarly complex organizations.
