Your Mission
- Develop, customize, and maintain innovative solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications using App Engine.
- Design and optimize workflows, automations, business rules, scripts, notifications, and user interfaces to streamline business processes.
- Lead and enhance Software Asset Management (SAM), ensuring software compliance, license optimization, and efficient lifecycle management.
- Maintain and evolve the CMDB by driving data quality, governance, service mapping, and configuration accuracy.
- Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and scalability through testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous optimization.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable solutions, provide technical expertise, and drive process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices.
Your Talents
- Experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of IT asset management, configuration management, and service management best practices.
- Experience integrating systems and automating business processes across enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a customer-focused mindset.
- Commitment to building scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
