ServiceNow Developer (WFH/REMOTE) - (JOB RN)

Work Setup: Remote

Location: APAC

Schedule: EST Work Schedule / Night Shift

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow products, particularly ITSM, CSM, and FSM. Experience with additional ServiceNow product lines is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub for system integrations.
• Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
