ServiceNow Developers - Hybrid

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for ServiceNow Developers, based in Santa Rosa Laguna with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves designing, configuring, and developing ServiceNow modules and applications based on client and internal requirements. Responsibilities include implementing workflows, business rules, integrations, and customizations, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing ServiceNow instances. ServiceNow Developers collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other technical teams to translate functional specifications into technical solutions and ensure quality through unit testing and documentation. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, supporting deployments, and contributing to ongoing platform improvements and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software design concepts
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for building maintainable, scalable solutions
• Hands-on experience with Software Development and Back-End Web Development, preferably in enterprise environments
• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, modules, or custom workflows is highly desirable
• Familiarity with web technologies commonly used with ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs)
• Ability to analyze requirements, write clear technical documentation, and perform thorough unit and integration testing
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (onsite in Pasay and remote)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Application Developer) are a plus
