ServiceNow Engagement Manager

Senior Engagement Manager | Ireland | 1-Year Contract

Lead complex ServiceNow engagements from delivery oversight through to customer outcomes, working across consulting teams, partners and client stakeholders. This role combines programme governance, customer management, resource coordination and commercial oversight within a professional services environment.

You will:
* Own delivery across a portfolio of ServiceNow engagements, tracking SOW commitments, milestones, utilisation, risks and financial performance.
* Act as a key customer contact for resourcing, scheduling, invoicing and delivery matters.
* Establish governance, manage RIDAC actions, identify scope or resourcing issues and support change processes.
* Coordinate consultant onboarding, scheduling and engagement health across multiple projects.
* Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Delivery and Practice teams to support forecasting and accurate invoicing.
* Guide technical delivery across ServiceNow workflows, integrations and solution design, with exposure to AI-enabled processes.
