Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer with a strong background in ServiceNow development and deep expertise in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, working closely with HR and business stakeholders to streamline employee services and automate HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
• Configure and maintain HR Services, Case Management, Centres of Excellence (COEs) and Employee Lifecycle Events.
• Build and optimise HR workflows to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems where required.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve platform issues while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, HR stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments and platform upgrades.
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent JavaScript development skills.
• Extensive experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HR Services
• HR Case Management
• Centres of Excellence (COEs)
• Employee Lifecycle Events / Employee Journey Management
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Service Catalog.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, APIs and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and platform architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in agile environments.

Desirable Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
