Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands - Hybrid (2 or 3 Days onsite/Remote)

Type: Full-time (Not available for Contracts)

Salary: Negotiable

Primary Skills: ServiceNow development experience, implementing ServiceNow, ITSM and SPM, Scripting, CIS, CSA.

About the Job:

• Designs and implements workflows, integrations, and message flow automation.

• Works with stakeholders during implementation, providing technical insights and ensuring functionality meets the business needs.

• Supports deployment via Source Control, update sets and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.

Required Experiences:

• Demonstrable experience in implementing ServiceNow (at least 1 implementation).

• Demonstrable development experience with ITSM and SPM modules

• Employee Self Center (portal) /Knowledge/Chat/ Mobile

• Workflows.

• Scripting.

• CMDB in APM.

• Configuration management en Application Portofolio Management.

• Widgets basis en advanced

• IT Operation Management basis en advanced

• IRM/SecOps • HRSD • TPRM (Third Party Risk Management)

Required competencies:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) on requested modules.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• Expertise in scripting.

• Agile working.

• Proactive.

• Results-oriented.

General software development skills:

Test-Driven Development (TDD),

Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Acceptance Test-Driven Development (DDD)
