ServiceNow ITOM Architect Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing platform architectures. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end architecture and solution design within the ServiceNow platform Lead ITOM initiatives including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives Guide development teams and perform architectural reviews Ensure performance, scalability, and security of solutions Support pre-sales activities when required (estimations, solution proposals) Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as ServiceNow Architect / Senior Consultant Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules : Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDB & CSDM Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems Ability to lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Language Requirements English level: C1 (advanced / fluent) – mandatory (ability to work with international clients & teams) Nice to Have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / CIS-ITOM / CTA Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) Knowledge of ITIL / Agile frameworks Pre-sales / client-facing experience Department Software Delivery Role Solution Architect Locations Poland (PL) Remote status Fully Remote Hourly salary PLN170 - PLN230 Skills ServiceNow About Spyrosoft Spyrosoft is an authentic, cutting-edge software engineering company, established in 2016.
