Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to support the Digital Workplace workforce by defining the platform architecture, module roadmap, integration strategy, data model, governance approach, and technical standards for scalable and secure ServiceNow delivery. Work will be performed at the client's facility or customer approved remote locations during Eastern Time core business hours. The ServiceNow Platform Architect will serve as a senior technical authority for ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and platform governance. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Define ServiceNow platform architecture, target-state roadmap, module strategy, integration patterns, data architecture, and governance standards. Lead solution design for ITSM, CSM, SPM, SecOps, HRSD, App Engine, CMDB/CSDM, service catalog, reporting, and workflow automation capabilities as needed. Review technical designs, configurations, customizations, integrations, and release plans for maintainability, security, scalability, and upgradeability. Guide developers, administrators, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams on platform best practices. Coordinate with cybersecurity, identity, infrastructure, data, and enterprise architecture stakeholders. Develop architecture diagrams, design decisions, implementation standards, technical roadmaps, and operational runbooks. Education and Experience: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of experience implementing enterprise platforms, ITSM systems, workflow automation, or ServiceNow solutions. 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture, development, administration, or technical leadership experience. Desired: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect, Certified System Administrator, or Certified Application Developer. Experience supporting federal ServiceNow implementations or large multi-module enterprise deployments. Required Skills and Competencies: Expert knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, CSDM/CMDB, integrations, security model, application lifecycle, and upgrade-safe configuration. Ability to balance out-of-the-box configuration, custom development, integration needs, and long-term maintainability. Experience designing secure integrations, data flows, reporting models, roles, ACLs, and operational support models. Strong executive and technical communication skills. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Desired Skills and Competencies: Experience with ServiceNow SPM, SecOps, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine, IntegrationHub, ATF, and performance analytics.
