Project focus - This global business is implementing ServiceNow - from scratch.

• The role requires a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with 7+ years of consulting experience and CTA or CMA certification, with deep expertise in CSDM, CMDB, configuration management, and end-to-end platform architecture.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities-including GenAI, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and AIOps-is essential, alongside the ability to design scalable solutions within a complex telecom environment. CPQ and Order Management experience is a bonus, while the ideal candidate should have the technical leadership and long-term ownership mindset to support platform transformation from contract through to permanent employment.

• Able to customise, implement, configure
• Technical Ability & Design experience
• CTA or CMA Certification
