Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Principal Platform Architect to lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong ServiceNow platform expertise, enterprise architecture experience, and advanced ServiceNow certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and technical strategy.
• Design scalable, secure, and standardized ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance across multiple ServiceNow modules and implementations.
• Define platform standards, governance, integration patterns, and development best practices.
• Review technical designs and ensure solutions follow ServiceNow architecture principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, technical leads, and enterprise architects.
• Guide platform integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Identify opportunities for platform optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership for complex ServiceNow implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Mentor ServiceNow technical teams and support architectural decision-making.

Required Certifications

• CTA – Certified Technical Architect – Mandatory
• Multiple CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications – Mandatory
• CSA – Certified System Administrator – Mandatory

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing complex, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, customization, integrations, workflows, APIs, and security.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, governance, and platform strategy.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Requirement: Candidates must have ServiceNow CTA + multiple CIS certifications + CSA with strong experience in enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture.
