We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead & PMO Consultant to join a ServiceNow transformation project and take end-to-end ownership of an assigned technical workstream.

The role combines ServiceNow technical consulting, delivery management, project management and PMO responsibilities. The successful candidate will drive the workstream independently from initial analysis and solution design through development, testing, production release and hypercare, while coordinating technical teams, Product Owners, Architects, business stakeholders and dependent teams.

Details

  • Contract: B2B
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: Until the end of 2026, with prolongation
  • Location: Prague, Remote / Hybrid
  • Language: English

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of an assigned ServiceNow workstream, from analysis and design through development, testing, production release and hypercare.
  • Create and maintain the workstream delivery plan, including priorities, milestones, dependencies and expected outcomes.
  • Drive analysis activities and ensure requirements, technical dependencies and design decisions are sufficiently defined before development begins.
  • Identify technical blockers, dependencies and delivery risks early and actively drive their resolution.
  • Coordinate development activities and maintain clear visibility of progress against the agreed delivery plan.
  • Coordinate testing and UAT activities, including readiness, business participation, defect management and resolution.
  • Drive production release readiness and ensure required approvals, documentation, testing evidence and release artefacts are in place.
  • Coordinate the workstream throughout production deployment and hypercare until agreed completion criteria are achieved.
  • Manage workstream risks, issues, actions and dependencies, ensuring clear ownership and timely escalation.
  • Maintain accurate project information in Jira and other relevant delivery and tracking tools.
  • Prepare clear and concise status reporting for the Project Manager, Product Owner and project governance.
  • Organise and lead workstream meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Coordinate Business Unit and stakeholder engagement related to the assigned workstream.
  • Translate technical topics and dependencies into clear information for business and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and coordinate project documentation, presentations, decisions, communications and supporting materials.
  • Proactively identify gaps, unresolved decisions and potential delivery problems.
  • Work independently while escalating architectural, product or project-level decisions when required.

Requirements

  • Strong practical experience with ServiceNow implementations and/or complex ITSM transformation projects.
  • Good technical understanding of ServiceNow architecture, concepts, integrations and dependencies.
  • Previous experience owning a technical delivery workstream or comparable scope from analysis through production.
  • Strong understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, UAT, release and hypercare.
  • Proven experience coordinating developers, Architects, Product Owners, testers and business stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and PMO skills, including planning, progress tracking, RAID management, dependency management and status reporting.
  • Ability to identify delivery challenges and actively drive them towards resolution rather than only reporting them.
  • Strong practical experience with Jira, structured backlogs, Epics, User Stories and delivery workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a complex enterprise environment involving multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
