We are looking for an experienced and passionate **ServiceNow Trainer** with strong hands-on industry experience and the ability to deliver practical, project-based training.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Deliver comprehensive and industry-oriented **ServiceNow training sessions**.

✅ Train students on:

* ServiceNow Administration

* ServiceNow Development

* ITSM

* JavaScript & ServiceNow Scripting

* Flow Designer & Automation

* Business Rules & Client Scripts

* UI Policies & ACLs

* Script Includes & GlideRecord

* REST APIs & ServiceNow Integrations

* Reports & Dashboards

* Real-time implementation and support scenarios

✅ Conduct live hands-on practical sessions and real-time demonstrations.

✅ Guide students through end-to-end ServiceNow projects.

✅ Demonstrate real-world business use cases, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving techniques.

✅ Configure applications, tables, forms, fields, workflows/flows, notifications, integrations, and other ServiceNow components.

✅ Provide assignments, case studies, practical exercises, and interview-oriented scenarios.

✅ Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance.

✅ Resolve student doubts and provide technical guidance throughout the training.

💻 ServiceNow Practical Training

The trainer should be capable of providing hands-on practical exposure to students, including:

🔹 ServiceNow instance navigation and configuration

🔹 Application development and configuration

🔹 Tables, forms, fields, and workflows

🔹 Scripts, ACLs, Business Rules, and Client Scripts

🔹 Flow Designer and automation

🔹 Reports and dashboards

🔹 REST API integrations

🔹 Real-time troubleshooting and debugging

🔹 End-to-end project implementation

The trainer should also be able to **provide or arrange appropriate ServiceNow environment access for students for hands-on practice**.

🖥️ Online Training Responsibilities

The trainer should be comfortable conducting smooth online sessions through **Microsoft Teams**.

✔ Managing online training sessions

✔ Screen sharing and live demonstrations

✔ Managing meeting links and batch communication

✔ Sharing recordings, training materials, and assignments

✔ Handling student queries during live sessions

✔ Ensuring smooth coordination throughout the batch

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹 7+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow

🔹 Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration and Development

🔹 Strong knowledge of ITSM, Automation, and Integration

🔹 Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting

🔹 Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, and GlideRecord

🔹 Strong knowledge of Flow Designer

🔹 Experience with REST APIs and ServiceNow Integrations

🔹 Experience working on real-time implementation and production support projects

🔹 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

🔹 Prior ServiceNow training experience preferred

🔹 Excellent communication and presentation skills

🔹 Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner

🚨 Important Requirement

We are looking for a **technically strong and practical-oriented trainer** who can teach beyond theoretical concepts.

Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or training experience **without hands-on ServiceNow industry/project experience will not be preferred**.
