  • Experience leading, coaching or influencing geographically distributed sales teams and developing commercial capabilities.
  • Strong customer relationship management, strategic account development and commercial negotiation skills, including senior customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse financial and commercial data, identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional influencing skills in international environments.
  • Fluent English and willingness to travel approximately 30% across EMEA.

Advantageous

  • Experience selling technical or professional services within manufacturing technology, metrology, production software or related industrial sectors.

  • Experience working with automotive, aerospace, manufacturing or other industrial customers.
  • Additional European languages.

What we offer

  • A key role in shaping and growing the Services business across EMEA, with significant commercial impact.
  • The opportunity to develop and implement regional sales strategies and introduce new ideas and initiatives.
  • Close collaboration with international teams and senior business leadership across multiple countries.
