Job Description
Position Overview
The Services Lead - Remote Sales is an individual contributor role responsible for driving service revenue growth across assigned customer portfolios by cultivating trusted relationships, uncovering business opportunities, and positioning comprehensive lifecycle solutions. This role combines heavy engineering-focused commercial strategy with individual sales execution—identifying opportunities for asset modernization, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and service contracts across industrial, electrical, and power management domains.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Pipeline Management: Drive proactive remote sales activities to expand service revenue; build, track, and maintain a robust, healthy pipeline within CRM tools to achieve individual targets.
Technical Asset Positioning: Identify and qualify opportunities for modernization, asset upgrades, preventive maintenance services, spare parts, and long-term service agreements across Low Voltage (LV)/Medium Voltage (MV) circuit breakers, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), and power management systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including Field Services, Marketing, Operations, and Product Business Units—to maximize portfolio cross-selling and support complex operational proposals.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as a trusted technical sales advisor through proactive outbound engagement and responsive inbound management, maintaining an accurate picture of customer installed bases.
Accountability & Execution: Independently manage assigned customer portfolios across supported markets (including Global/US and Pacific accounts) to drive sales growth and expand service offerings.
Escalation & CSAT Support: Address and support customer escalations, ensuring effective issue resolution and continuously enhancing customer satisfaction metrics.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Power Systems, or related field preferred) or equivalent technical experience.
Sales Experience: Proven track record and solid tenure in technical sales, remote sales, inside sales, or service commercial roles, with non-negotiable experience in heavy engineering and energy management sales.
Communication & Support: Exceptional fluent verbal and written communication skills suitable for supporting Global (US) and Pacific market stakeholders.
Self-Drive & Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate complex customer accounts, and consistently deliver against individual commercial targets.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial power, energy management, modernization solutions, and asset lifecycle management.
Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications
Specific hands-on experience selling LV/MV circuit breakers, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), or non-secure power solutions.
Direct experience with SAP and advanced CRM sales management platforms.
Prior experience with Schneider Electric product portfolios and operational workflows.
