Position Overview
The Services Lead - Remote Sales is an individual contributor role focused on driving service sales growth, managing customer pipelines, and identifying opportunity expansion across energy management and electrical distribution portfolios. Combining technical expertise with consultative selling, this role acts as a primary contact for customer installed-base upgrades, modernization, spare parts, and lifecycle services.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Drive proactive remote sales to achieve revenue targets across assigned accounts and regional markets.
Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for Low Voltage (LV)/Medium Voltage (MV) circuit breakers, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), preventive maintenance, modernization, and spare parts.
Customer Engagement: Manage inbound inquiries and execute outbound campaigns to position standard and customized service agreements.
Installed-Base Management: Analyze customer asset lifecycles to recommend modernization paths and energy efficiency upgrades.
System & CRM Hygiene: Maintain account records, log sales pipelines, and process transactions accurately using SAP and CRM tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global/regional engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve customer escalations.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Energy Management) or Business/Sales with an engineering background. Open to licensed fresh engineering graduates with strong sales aptitude.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, remote sales, or inside sales within electrical, automation, power management, or industrial service environments.
Technical Familiarity: Prior exposure to energy management systems, LV/MV distribution, drives, or industrial equipment maintenance is highly preferred.
Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP and modern CRM platforms.
Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability
