Your Mission
Generate ₹36,00,000 in new business revenue annually by filling the calendar with qualified, ready-to-decide entrepreneurs for ScaleX Media's program at ₹1,25,000 per enrollment.
You Do Two Things And You Do Them Relentlessly
Hunt -- Engage new potential clients through organic and outbound methods until your calendar is stacked.Resurrect -- Follow up with every lead that didn't close the first time. Re-engage. Rebook. Give the closer another shot.
The Numbers That Matter
No Fluff. Here's Exactly What Success Looks Like
- Revenue Target: ₹3,00,000/month in new business revenue (minimum)
- Call Volume: 100 sets booked per month (~4-5/day) through organic outreach, outbound campaigns, and lead reactivation
- Show Rate: Maintain 80%+ show rate on booked calls
- Closing Ratio (on sets that close): Support a minimum 20% close rate by qualifying properly before the call ever happens
Your job isn't just to book calls. It's to book the right calls with people who are pre-sold, pre-qualified, and ready to make a decision.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Morning huddle on Zoom at 11:45 AM, Friday through Tuesday. Non-negotiable. This is where the team aligns.
- 12 PM -- 8 PM IST: Active outreach, follow-ups, lead nurturing, and booking.
- End-of-Day report submitted daily -- pipeline status, calls booked, leads progressed, blockers.
- CRM, tracking sheets, and projections updated daily. If it's not tracked, it didn't happen.
What You'll Earn
Real numbers. No vague promises.
Base Salary: ₹15,000/month (₹1,80,000 annually)
Commission: ₹1,250 per closed sale (1% of ₹1,25,000 ticket)
Bonus: ₹5,000 for every ₹5,00,000 in revenue generated
- Hit ₹5,00,000 → ₹5,000 bonus
- Hit ₹10,00,000 → ₹10,000 bonus
- Hit ₹20,00,000 → ₹20,000 bonus
- And so on. No ceiling.
Scenario A -- You book 100 calls/month, 20% close rate: 20 closes → ₹15,000 base + ₹25,000 commission + bonuses = ~₹45,000-50,000/month
Scenario B -- You book 100 calls/month, 30% close rate: 30 closes → ₹15,000 base + ₹37,500 commission + bonuses = ~₹60,000-70,000/month
The better your leads, the higher the close rate, the more everyone earns. Your quality directly controls your income.
The Schedule
- Working Days: Friday through Tuesday (Wednesday & Thursday off)
- Hours: 12 PM -- 8 PM IST
- Availability: Reachable on Slack during working hours
- Location: Anywhere with a stable internet connection. We care about output, not your office address.
