Definition of SCADA systems: central plant and substation SCADA, dataloggers, PLCs, RTUs. Definition of PPC according to monitoring and control requirements and netowork code. Definition of communication protocols: Modbus, DNP3, IEC-104, IEC-61850, OPC. Technical-economic evaluation of offers. On-site implementation of SCADAs, communications networks, OT systems, including communications with the Utility. Development of project documentation (communications project, technical specification, user manual...) Responsibilities Job Requirements Desired education: Master in Telecommunications Engineering / Degree in Telecommunications Technology Engineering. English C1 Complementary education: CCNA certification or similar Availability for domestic and international travel.
