You will thrive in this role if you are: A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role & Responsibilities Own escalated, complex incidents related to Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email/Mobile Studio and Contact Builder/Data Extensions Perform deep root cause analysis on integration issues between the CRM/Commerce platforms and Marketing Cloud, including data synchronization and API-based connectors Diagnose complex personalization and dynamic content issues within journeys and templates, coordinating with development teams for any required code changes Lead impact analysis and functional specification for evolutions and change requests (new journeys, new channels, segmentation logic) Validate delivered enhancements and support UAT and regression testing for journeys and automations Own and troubleshoot channel integrations (email, SMS, WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk) and sending infrastructure health (deliverability, domain/IP reputation) Support multi-market and multi-language campaign operations, coordinating with local marketing teams as needed Maintain functional/technical documentation and knowledge base articles Provide leadership during peak marketing periods (major campaigns, product launches, seasonal events) Monitor and report on KPIs (deliverability, engagement, journey performance) and recommend optimizations Must have To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder and Data Extensions Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud scripting/personalization concepts sufficient to diagnose content and personalization issues (this role does not require producing custom code) Experience with Marketing Cloud integration patterns (connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, data synchronization with CRM/Commerce platforms) Strong incident and problem management experience in an ITSM/SLA-driven environment Experience conducting impact analysis and writing functional specifications for evolutions Understanding of email deliverability, marketing compliance and multi-channel messaging Excellent stakeholder communication skills, able to work with global and local marketing teams Nice to Have Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer certification Experience supporting multi-market, multi-language marketing operations Familiarity with additional channels (WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE) Experience in retail or luxury goods marketing environments If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
