At SFS (Slow Fashion Show), we’re more than a non-profit. Since 2023, we’ve been building a growing international movement reshaping the future of sustainable fashion.What began with fashion shows has developed into a multi-platform creative space where fashion, sustainability, education, technology, and emerging talent come together. As we prepare for Season 4 of our podcast, we are expanding our podcast team and looking for several interns with different skills and interests to work with us across post-production, content creation, and social media. You don't need to do everything. We are looking for different people who can bring their own strengths to the team and collaborate throughout the production and publishing process.

Open Internship Roles Podcast Post-production Assistant.
You will work alongside our existing sound post-production team member and support the preparation and post-production of podcast episodes. You may help with:
- Preparing and organising recorded podcast materials.
- Supporting audio editing and post-production.
- Synchronising final audio materials.
- Preparing episodes for publishing across podcast platforms.
- Keeping files, episode versions, and production materials organised.
Great for: someone interested in podcast production, audio editing, sound, or media production who wants hands-on experience and mentorship.
Preferably using: DAW (Logic, Pro Tools, Cubase). Someone comfortable with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
Short-form Video & Content Creator.
Turn our podcast conversations into content people want to stop, watch, and share. You may work on: Creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook videos, and other short-form content.
- Finding the strongest moments, quotes, hooks, and stories within each podcast episode.
- Editing short-form videos with strong pacing and audience retention.
- Adding subtitles, captions, graphics, and on-brand visual elements.
- Adapting content to different platforms and formats.
- Following current content trends and bringing new creative ideas to the podcast.
Great for: someone who understands short-form video, social media culture, hooks, storytelling, and what makes digital content engaging.
Podcast Social Media & Content Intern.
- Help us build the digital presence around the podcast and make sure our content actually reaches our audience.You may work on:Managing and maintaining the podcast's social media presence.
- Preparing and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Planning the content calendar around new podcast episodes.
- Writing captions and supporting copy.
- Scheduling posts and coordinating publishing.
- Engaging with our online community.
- Following performance and basic analytics.
- Helping develop ideas for growing the podcast audience.
- Collaborating with video editors and content creators to plan what content we need from each episode.
Great for: someone interested in social media management, digital marketing, communication, content strategy, or community building.
Who We’re Looking ForDepending on the role, content creator, social media enthusiast, podcast producer, audio enthusiast, or someone who combines several of these skills. You don't need to be an expert in everything. We're especially interested in people who are creative, curious, and eager to learn.
- Have a genuine interest in podcasts, digital media, storytelling, or social media.
- Can take ownership of their responsibilities while working collaboratively.
- Bring ideas rather than simply waiting for instructions.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Are organised, communicative, and reliable.
- Speak fluent English (Swedish, Spanish is a plus).
- Are interested in sustainable fashion, creative industries, culture, innovation, or social impact.
- Bonus Skills Depending on the position, it is a plus if you have experience with: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar.
- Audition, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, or other audio software.
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Podcast production or filmed interviews.
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or LinkedIn content.
- Social media scheduling and analytics.
- Motion graphics or simple animations.
- YouTube publishing and optimisation.
