As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Full Stack Configurator to join our team and help deliver enterprise workflow and automation solutions for our global clients.

About the Role:

As a Full Stack Configurator, you'll design, configure, and implement business solutions using ShareDo and similar workflow automation platforms. Working alongside Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and delivery teams, you'll build scalable workflows, document automation, client portals, and integrations that improve business processes and user experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges through configuration rather than traditional software development.

What You'll Do:

• Configure and optimise workflows for case and matter management
• Build and maintain document automation templates using Microsoft Word
• Configure client portals and self-service experiences
• Design data models, forms, and business rules
• Integrate SaaS and on-premise systems using APIs
• Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to deliver high-quality solutions
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and production support
• Contribute to dashboards, reporting, and workflow optimisation

What You'll Bring:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field

OR

• A qualification in Law, Accounting, or a related discipline with proven technology project experience

Experience:

• Experience configuring SaaS platforms or workflow automation solutions
• Strong document automation experience using Microsoft Word
• Experience with workflow platforms such as ShareDo, Nintex, K2, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar
• Solid understanding of relational data models and object modelling
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools

Nice to Have:

• ShareDo configuration experience
• Consulting experience (KPMG, EY, Deloitte, PwC, or similar)
• JavaScript or C# development experience
• DocuSign or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) integrations
• CRM or Document Management System (DMS) integration experience
• Experience within the legal, insurance, financial services, or conveyancing sectors
