Role Description

• SharePoint Developer with strong experience in SharePoint Online and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Develops and maintains custom SPFx web parts and extensions using React and TypeScript
• Configures and manages SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, content types, and metadata
• Manages SharePoint permissions, groups, access levels, and sharing configurations
• Follows best practices for SharePoint architecture, security, governance, performance, and maintainability
• Integrates SPFx solutions with SharePoint APIs, Microsoft Graph, and other Microsoft 365 services as needed
• Troubleshoots SharePoint and SPFx issues and supports production deployments
• Reviews existing solutions and recommends improvements to scalability, reliability, and overall site structure

Summary

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, TypeScript, SharePoint permissions, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365. We need someone who can develop, maintain, and improve custom SharePoint solutions while ensuring the environment follows Microsoft and SharePoint best practices, and who takes ownership of solution quality end to end.
