■ Minimum Requirements

- Experience utilizing Generative AI or AI-driven development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).

- 3+ years of practical Web application development experience.

- Experience building and operating in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).

- Team development experience and the ability to negotiate/communicate smoothly with clients and stakeholders (Fluent Japanese required).

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in designing and implementing systems utilizing Generative AI / LLM / RAG.

- Experience promoting Agile development and DevOps practices.

- Experience proactively making technical selections and architectural decisions (e.g., Lead Engineer experience).
