Job Description This is a remote position. Industry: Real Estate / Digital Marketing Remote | Full-Time | 9AM - 5PM EST (Canada) Job Overview: We are seeking a creative Short-Form Content Script Writer to create engaging scripts for real estate and digital marketing content, primarily for Instagram Reels and TikTok. The ideal candidate can turn property details into natural, attention-grabbing scripts and adapt their writing to different brands and audiences. Key Responsibilities: Write short-form video scripts for real estate and client content Turn property details and selling points into engaging stories Create strong hooks, talking points, and calls-to-action Adapt scripts to different brands, audiences, and content styles Organize scripts within content calendars Collaborate with the video editing and content teams Use Claude and other AI tools for research and content development Qualifications: Experience writing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form platforms Strong creative writing and storytelling skills Ability to write conversational scripts that sound natural on camera Strong understanding of hooks and social media content Excellent written communication and attention to detail Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude Nice to Have: Real estate or digital marketing experience Experience working with content calendars or video teams
