Job Description This is a remote position. Industry: Real Estate / Digital Marketing Remote | Full-Time | 9AM - 5PM EST (Canada) About the Role We are looking for creative and detail-oriented Video Editors to join a content creation agency specializing in real estate and social media marketing. The ideal candidate has strong experience creating engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok. You’ll work with raw footage and client instructions to produce polished, attention-grabbing videos that align with each client’s brand, style, and content strategy. If you have a strong creative eye, understand what makes short-form content engaging, and can manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Transform raw footage into polished, dynamic, and engaging social media content. Review and follow client instructions, editing requirements, and project details provided through Notion . Apply client feedback and direction accurately while maintaining each client’s unique editing style and brand identity. Upload completed video edits back into Notion for client review and approval. Work with and maintain content calendars to ensure videos are completed and delivered according to schedule. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines. Maintain consistency in video pacing, transitions, captions, music, formatting, and overall visual quality across different client accounts. Make creative editing decisions that improve viewer engagement, retention, and the overall quality of short-form content. Stay organized throughout the editing process and communicate any questions, challenges, or revisions clearly and promptly. Qualifications: Proven experience editing Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other short-form social media videos . Strong creative eye for pacing, transitions, captions, music, hooks, and engaging visual edits . Able to take raw footage and turn it into compelling, polished content. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow client-specific instructions and editing preferences. Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions efficiently. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple clients and projects at the same time. Able to work independently in a remote environment and consistently meet deadlines. Experience using Notion is a strong advantage. Previous experience creating real estate content is an asset. Strong understanding of social media content and what makes short-form videos engaging and platform-friendly.
