Job Description This is a remote position. Maineline is a family-owned and operated sign company based in Antrim, NH. We partner with large multifamily developers in major metropolitan markets to design, fabricate, and install high-quality, impactful sign systems. Learn more about us at www.mainelinesigns.com The Role Maineline is hiring for this position at multiple experience levels. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may join our team as either a Sign Package Installation Coordinator or a Sign Package Installation Project Manager. Both roles support the successful execution of complex interior sign package installations from the time production is initiated through final project closeout. Working closely with clients, project managers, production, installers, and third-party installation partners, you'll help ensure installations deliver an exceptional client experience and are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. The primary difference between the two roles is ownership and technical knowledge. Installation Coordinators focus on coordinating the day-to-day activities that keep projects organized and moving forward. They maintain schedules, prepare documentation, communicate with installers and clients, monitor project progress, and escalate issues requiring decisions. Installation Project Managers perform all Installation Coordinator responsibilities while also owning project outcomes. They make project decisions, manage installation profitability, resolve complex issues, balance competing priorities and are accountable for successful project completion. Core Responsibilities (Both Roles) Coordinate installation schedules, most projects require multiple mobilizations Communicate with clients, project managers, installers, production and vendors Review project documentation for installation readiness Coordinate installation logistics and scheduling Maintain project documentation in Zoho Projects Track project progress and proactively communicate updates Coordinate punch list, warranty and project closeout activities Build strong relationships with clients, installers, and subcontractors Identify potential issues early and communicate them appropriately Additional Responsibilities – Project Manager Own the installation phase from scheduling through final project completion – most projects require multiple mobilizations Coordinate the daily work of maineline's installation team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule Schedule installations based on project readiness, client requirements, available resources and coordinate travel Collaborate with Install Manager to assign installation work based on delivery deadlines, installer availability, installer skillsets, and geographic efficiency Price installation labor and monitor profitability Make project decisions that affect schedule, cost and client satisfaction Manage project documentation, sign packages, timelines, materials and site conditions to verify installation readiness Resolve field issues and installation challenges Hold vendors, installers, and internal teams accountable Drive continuous improvement initiatives Ideal Team Member Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong leadership through influence and coordination rather than direct authority Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Builds strong relationships with installers, subcontractors, clients and internal teams Communicates urgency while remaining calm and solution-oriented Anticipates problems before they occur and develops practical solutions Holds others accountable with professionalism and respect Works independently while collaborating effectively across departments Passionate about continuous learning and process improvement Committed to creating a positive, collaborative team culture Requirements Experience Levels Installation Coordinator 2+ years of project coordination, construction administration or related experience preferred Installation Project Manager 5+ years of project management experience Experience managing installation projects, subcontractors, scheduling, and profitability Required Skills & Technology Microsoft Teams Zoho Projects (preferred) Ability to read architectural plans and construction documents Strong scheduling and project management skills Excellent business writing and professional communication Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple stakeholders Familiarity with ADA requirements, permitting, and signage installation practices is a plus.
