Job Summary: The Site Acquisition Specialist 2 is responsible for the management of the site acquisition portion of our wireless infrastructure projects for new site builds, modifications to existing sites, right-of-way sites and associated items. This includes both the leasing and zoning work associated with the site.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Negotiating Leasing agreements, Amendments, Licenses, Rights-of-Way and/or Easement Agreements with property owners.
• Completion of leasing packages and other documentation required by the client.
• Preparing and ensuring completeness of all necessary zoning applications and supporting documentation for the purpose of acquiring all necessary Land Use Entitlements.
• Coordinate with RF Engineering and Construction personnel and others daily to ensure timely and accurate completion of required tasks.
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager on a regular, defined basis.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Capacity to keep calm in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
• A current and valid Real Estate License is required.
• Scheduling competency.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) a must.
• Previous site acquisition management experience a highly desired plus.
Education and Experience:
• 3+ years of Site Acquisition experience
• Bachelor's Degree, PMP Certification or Work Experience Equivalent to.
• Ability to read Construction Drawings.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
