Site Budget and Contract Specialist

As a Senior Clinical Study Coordinator at ICON, you will the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical studies, ensuring that they are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and protocols.


What You Will Do:

You will take ownership of clinical research deliverables, applying your expertise to complex challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day operations of clinical studies, including site management, participant recruitment, and data collection.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement study plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Monitoring study progress, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Providing training and support to site staff and investigators on study protocols and operational procedures.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in clinical research, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
  • Extensive experience in clinical study coordination or clinical trial management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
