Site Manager

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our team for projects located in the areas of Arad and Timișoara , Romania. The role may also require occasional travel to other project sites across the country. Main responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations, collaborating closely with the Quality team; Ensure execution of civil works in compliance with technical specifications and quality standards; Monitor construction progress and address technical issues; Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams; Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation; Be able to communicate in English language – mandatory; Have solid knowledge about legal requirements for H&S during the site construction works; Control over the contractors for the construction works on the Site; Daily and weekly construction reports preparation, as well as ad-hoc reports; Responsible for Technical Book of Construction. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Proven experience in construction projects (preferably energy); Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management; Familiarity with HSE standards and regulations is preferable; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work in a dynamic environment; Willingness to travel and work on-site.
