This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week in our Carrollton, TX office.

Job purpose
The Site Merchandiser is a key driver of success for the Coverstore ecommerce platform, responsible for site integrity, site merchandising, optimizing sales and conversion, scheduling, and auditing to deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience. This role keeps content accurate, pages optimized, promotions scheduled and the site running reliably driving a smooth customer journey and stronger conversion.
Duties and responsibilities
Site Optimization & Merchandising Strategy

Own site merchandising strategy—using data to guide category structure, sequencing, and conversion optimization.

Direct site attributes (filtering, groupings, sequencing, add-ons) for a seamless user experience.

Lead site customization strategy to tailor the customer journey and drive engagement.

Own customization and site attribution. Working with Merchandising to maintain.

Own on-page SEO strategy (excluding content creation)—internal linking, metadata, URLs, and HTML tags.

Monitor site search and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Landing Page Strategy & Digital Content Planning

Partner with Marketing and Acquisition on landing page strategy for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives, optimizing conversion and channel performance.

Serve as functional expert on third-party platforms.

Partner cross-functionally to shape and prioritize page updates aligned to business goals. Recommend and create new pages and site structure.

Own site discounts and collaborate cross-functionally as needed.

Analyze navigation and landing page performance; lead recommendations and implementation.
Site Governance & Cross-Functional Auditing

Partner with Merchandising on new product launches and post-launch accuracy. Lead site launch process.

Check site daily to identify issues ahead of customers.

Lead a proactive site auditing cadence, driving issue resolution through clear ticketing.

Partner with IT/development to troubleshoot issues, evaluate tools, and guide improvements.

Serve as key stakeholder contact for site performance, changes, and project updates.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field

2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or marketing
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail and curious mindset

Problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and escalate issues appropriately when needed

Experience in any of Shopify, GA4, Atlassian, Salsify or Site Personalization Platforms a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office equipment

Local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area
