Site Navigator I based in Germany or Austria

As a Study Start Up Site Navigator I in Germany or Austria, you’ll support site activation activities and help ensure smooth collaboration between study teams and clinical sites. Key Responsibilities Assist with initial site outreach, including sending feasibility surveys and supporting collection of Confidentiality Agreements. Support preparation for Remote Pre-Study Visits (PSVs) and help with follow-up documentation such as trip reports and required materials. Coordinate basic administrative tasks related to contract and budget processes under guidance. Provide support for regulatory submissions and ethics committee documentation. Act as a point of contact for routine queries between sites and internal teams. Track site readiness and escalate any blockers to senior team members. Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting of start-up metrics. Must-haves: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong interest in clinical research and willingness to learn and previous experience with study-start up and/or budget and contracts in clinical research. Basic understanding of ICH-GCP principles. Good organizational and communication skills. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) Preferred: Internship or exposure to clinical research or healthcare environment.
