Salary: Commission-based — per Face Treatment Set sold (paid on client payment received). Reviewed at 60 days for a permanent, expanded role including higher-value corporate work.

About the role:

BeautienTreats is a growing South African beauty brand helping women with acne, dark marks, and hyperpigmentation across all skin tones, from light to melanin-rich. We're looking for a warm, self-driven Skincare Sales Representative to represent our range and grow with us.

This is a commission-only role to start, with a clear path to a permanent position and into our higher-value corporate work as you prove yourself. If you want guaranteed income from day one or something passive, this isn't the role — and that's okay.

What you'll do:

• Find and connect with potential clients across our social platforms and your network
• Understand each client's skin concerns and guide them toward the right products and consultations
• Follow up warmly and professionally, using our proven sales approach (full training provided)
• Represent the BeautienTreats brand voice with care and integrity

What we're looking for:

• Warm, confident communicator, especially over WhatsApp
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Able to follow up without being pushy
• Genuine care for helping people feel confident in their skin
• Coachable, willing to learn and apply our method
• Sales or beauty-industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
