Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support through live chat, email, and phone for our Slovenian-speaking clients. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and empathy. Assist customers in utilizing our gaming services effectively, contributing to their satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and uphold the highest quality standards. Accurately document customer interactions within our systems for effective follow-up. Participate in ongoing training to deepen your understanding of our products and services. Fluency in Slovenian and good command of English ; additional languages are a bonus. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality. Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is beneficial. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture. A keen interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.
