Your strategic thinking and SAP expertise will shape secure, compliant, and high-quality payroll and workforce solutions across a complex enterprise environment. This is your opportunity to provide solution leadership from strategy and design through to delivery and continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll:
• Lead solution direction and act as the accountable Solution Leader for the SAP Time to Pay domain, setting the roadmap and target-state architecture for payroll, time management and workforce solutions.
• Drive solution design excellence by leading end-to-end solution architecture from ideation through implementation, including Preliminary Solution Architecture Documents, detailed designs and technical specifications.
• Embed continuous assurance across design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare, identifying architectural risk early and maintaining alignment with business outcomes, security requirements and enterprise standards.
• Guide vendors, system integrators and delivery teams, facilitate cross-functional design workshops, and promote reuse, simplification and standardisation across the solution landscape.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, translating complex payroll and workforce requirements into practical solution designs and influencing strategic investment decisions.
• Lead a team of two (2) direct reports, building capability and fostering a high-performance culture while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
