Snap Logic Developer

Role: Snap Logic Developer Location: Malmo Sweden. Position Type: Permanent or Contract is fine Work Mode: Hybrid (2 to 3 days a week in Malmo that is mandatory) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Snaplogic Developer to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of integration solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment. This role requires strong expertise in Snaplogic integration platform, API development, Java Spring Boot, and Confluent Kafka, combined with a solid understanding of agile and DevOps practices. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to the development and maintenance of platforms and services that support critical business operations. You will be expected to lead by example, share knowledge proactively, and maintain a big-picture perspective while delivering high-quality technical solutions. Roles and Responsibilities DEVELOPMENT & DELIVERY: ----------------------- • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality integration solutions using Snaplogic platform in an agile/DevOps environment • Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring robust and scalable integration architectures • Build and optimize Java Spring Boot applications and microservices for seamless integration with enterprise systems • Implement and manage Confluent Kafka streaming solutions for real-time data processing and event-driven architectures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different areas to deliver platform and service enhancements • Ensure proper technical documentation for all developed solutions and proactively share knowledge with team members OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE: ------------------------- • Perform incident and problem management activities including investigations, facilitating meetings, and participating in cross-team investigations • Execute internal Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities such as patch upgrades and system maintenance • Support LCM activities by providers or consumers including database migrations, hold/release jobs, monitoring jobs, and connection changes • Provide test support including regression testing connected to application releases • Manage SAS token rotation and handle operational requests such as baseloads • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP: --------------------------- • Work effectively in agile/DevOps teams, ensuring good communication and collaboration with all stakeholders • Build and maintain relationships with people across different organizational levels, cultural backgrounds, and organizational units • Understand and align with client values and culture, adapting work approach accordingly • Lead by example in delivering towards overall business goals and ensuring excellent user experience • Zoom out to see the big picture, understanding organizational priorities and cooperating effectively with other teams • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: -------------------- • Apply deep technical knowledge of integration technologies, standards, protocols, and interfaces • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in integration and API development • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security requirements ================================================================================ 3.
