SOC Engineer at BairesDev

As a SOC Engineer, you will work within a Security Operations Center to monitor, detect, and respond to security threats. You will play a vital role in protecting organizational assets by performing real-time triage and in-depth threat analysis to mitigate potential risks.

What You'll Do:

- Monitor security alerts and events across the infrastructure to identify potential incidents.

- Perform initial triage and deep-dive analysis of security threats and vulnerabilities.

- Execute incident response procedures to contain and remediate security breaches.

- Conduct proactive threat hunting to discover hidden malicious activity and indicators of compromise.

- Document security incidents and contribute to the development of operational playbooks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security monitoring and detection capabilities.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, or a related security role.

- Proven expertise in monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents within a SOC environment.

- Hands-on experience with threat hunting, alert triage, and technical threat analysis.

- Strong understanding of security operations workflows and incident management lifecycles.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
